Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
1. Standard Shipping (Recommended for time-sensitive orders)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Economy Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure transactions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prescription products from our Dairy Cattle Health Prescription Products section
- Opened health supplements from Horse Health Supplements or Mastitis Care Center
- Any used animal health products
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our Oakland facility using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
