At PBS Animal Health, we understand that livestock professionals need reliable equipment and health products to maintain their operations. While we strive to deliver quality products that meet your expectations, we also want to make the return process straightforward if needed.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain health and prescription products may not be returnable (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Prescription products from our Dairy Cattle Health Prescription Products section
- Opened health supplements from Horse Health Supplements or Mastitis Care Center
- Any used animal health products
Return Process
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our Oakland facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund (see refund timeline below).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs for exchanges.
