CowSide II Antibiotic Inhibition Test Kit

Valuable, cost-effective broad-spectrum antibiotic inhibition test for screening raw commingled and ultra-pasteurized milk. Provides superior sensitivity to beta-lactams (including ceftiofur), amino-glycosides and tetracyclines close to US safe levels. Can be used for farm tanks or individual samples.

Easy to use – just add milk to single service vial and incubate. Results in approximately 3 hrs, and are indicated by color (purple = positive, yellow = negative). Kit includes pipettes and result interpretation card.

CowSide Incubator (sold separately) allows you to run up to 4 tests at a time and features a temperature strip. May also be used with certain existing incubators.
